down 7 pounds
so Down from 237 to 230 in less than a week. I have only worked out 1 time. The big thing is I cut out all sugars and processed carbs and all junk food.

Did an hour of cardio day 1
Time to make some goals
I had a couple bike crashes, went through a divorce, moved to a new city, bought a business and oddly enough..my training got put on the back burner.
I have to set some goals here. I not only want to be healthy and feel good about taking my shirt off at the beach...I want to be fast on the bike again.
My ideal weight for performance is 185 pounds. I am currently as of this AM 237 pounds. I am way off where I need to be.
I am going to log my daily food and training here so when people ask me "how did you do it" I can point them to this blog and show how easy it is. If I can do it...ANYBODY can do it.
My first goal is to cut out all coke, fast food, crappy unhealthy types of carbs and things loaded with preservatives.
